Event Organization, Data & Refund Policy
RIC, as the name suggests, is a celebration, not a competition. Though winners will be awarded prizes as a token of appreciation, this is not recommended for people with competitive mindsets. Only those with learning, service, and celebratory intent should participate, and they are requested to pay registration fees to support the organizers. The personal data of the participants will not be shared with any individual or organization. However, the analysis and trends in reading and other deliverables/insights (i.e., documents, ideas, and video content submitted) will be the sole property of RIC and may be used for any purpose, commercial or otherwise, by RIC. Those who are reluctant or uncomfortable with the RIC process, rules, and views are advised not to participate. The purpose of seeking email ids and contact phone numbers is solely for the purpose of contacting the participants to inform them about their selection for Round #2/Scheduling interviews/organizing Grand Finale/other queries/news about RIC etc. The responsibility of team RIC not being able to connect with participants who don’t share contact details rests solely on them. Participants have to take responsibility and connect with RIC to get timely updates. Team RIC will not be responsible for any missing or unused items in such cases. However, participants can call/write to team RIC for any queries they may have. The selection, evaluation process, criteria, timelines, and event rules are solely at the discretion of the organisers (Founder / Team RIC) and can change as the event evolves depending on the volume of participants, the pandemic situation on the ground, team RIC’s availability, & other influencing parameters. *No refunds will be processed for the participation fee.
